Our standard lead time is 15 working days from your order confirmation.
At checkout, we also offer:
- Express service: 10 working days (+15%)
- Economy service: 20 working days (-5%)
For urgent orders, contact us directly and we will find a solution that fits.
No minimum quantity. You can order from a single piece.
There is, however, a minimum order value of €300 incl. VAT. Below that threshold, add other products or increase quantities to check out.
Good to know: our prices are degressive — the larger the quantity, the lower the unit price.
After your order, you approve the artwork before production starts. No surprises: you see exactly what you will receive, at the right size and in the right colours.
Production only starts once you have approved the proof.
No worries! Our designers check your file free of charge and rework it if needed so that it comes out perfectly.
- Embroidery: the most durable, ideal for a premium finish. Best suited to thicker garments (polo shirts, sweatshirts, jackets…).
- Printing: the most affordable, and the most faithful to your artwork. Our workshops pick the best printing technique for you (DTF, screen printing, digital printing) depending on your project.
Our team will advise you free of charge on the best technique for your needs and your budget.
We guarantee the quality of every product. Should there be a defect on the marking or the garment, we remake or refund all or part of the faulty pieces, because your satisfaction is our priority.
The proof you approve before production remains your best guarantee: it is the reference in case of a dispute over the final result.
